Officials ID Body Found at Lake Lanier
There were no signs of trauma, authorities said.
The woman found dead Friday (Aug. 2) in Lake Lanier has been identified, according to media reports.
Dianne Michelle Baxter, 32, of Gainesville was the woman found face down in the lake by fishermen shortly after 8 a.m., according to the Gainesville Times.
Cause of death has not been determined, according to Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks of the Hall County Sheriff's Office. The cause of death has not been determined, but there were no signs of trauma, officials said. The case remains under investigation.
