Police searched the parking lot, but did not locate any other drugs. However, while looking at the cars in the lot, an officer noticed a blue baggie containing suspected methamphetamine sticking out of a gas tank cover. The vehicle belonged to the employee who called police.

The man saw police remove the drugs from his car and walked over to explain that he did not do drugs and the drugs did not belong to him. A search of the man and his vehicle revealed no evidence of drug use.
