Fourth annual fair will occur Saturday, Sept. 28.

Gwinnett County firefighters and police officers will partner with the Gwinnett Braves for the fourth annual Public Safety Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at Coolray Field.

“This festival demonstrates Gwinnett County’s commitment to public safety for our residents. This fun, free, educational event will feature the best of Gwinnett,” said Lt. Colin Rhoden, Gwinnett County Fire Public Information Officer, in a news release.

The fire and police departments will continue a long-standing rivalry by playing softball on the G-Braves ball field.

Other events include a car and motorcycle show, SWAT & fire demonstrations, displays of a helicopter & other emergency vehicles and more.

Community safety partners will have booths and activities. There will also be a Safe Kids Gwinnett area featuring a yellow brick road to fun.

Attendees will also meet McGruff the crime dog, Sparky the fire dog, and other local character mascots.

Coolray Field is located at 2500 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville.
