Employer said woman became irate when he refused to pay her more money.

A Buford employer is out $600 after a former employee allegedly slashed his tires.

The man told police that an ex-employee called him on Nov. 9 demanding to be paid. The employer said he had already paid the woman all he owed and refused to give her any more money.

According to the police report, when the employer informed the woman he did not owe her any more money, she “became irate on the phone and started cursing at him and said, ‘I am going to [expletive deleted] you up.’ ”

Later that afternoon, the employer walked outside and heard a hissing sound coming from his vehicle. Upon closer inspection, the man realized his passenger side tire was flat and the driver’s side front tire was deflating. Both tires reportedly had cuts in them.

A witness saw the ex-employee running from the employer’s vehicle towards the wood line but did not actually see the woman do anything to the tires.
