Buford Docket Book: Statutory Rape, Disorderly Conduct, Drug Possession and Other Charges

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Feb. 19 and Feb. 22. Those arrested and their charges include (click on the name to see booking photo):

Marcelline Amichia, 625 Roxford Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 21. The listed charges are following too closely, driving while license suspended or revoked and a window tint violation.

Alvaro David Abarca, 500 Church Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 21. The listed charge is statutory rape. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Juan David Arteaga, 5765 Little Mill Parkway, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 21. The listed charge is DUI.

David Andrew Peace, 2210 Whitebluff Way, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 21. The listed charges are violation of Georgia's controlled substances act, an equipment violation, false identification documents and failure to have license on person. He is also being held for another agency.

Gerard Martin Miller, 2345 Hamilton Park Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 20. The listed charge is disorderly conduct.

Melisa Joan Vice, 3751 Bogan Mill Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 20. The listed charges are driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain insurance and an equipment violation.

Raymond Patterson, 3520 Southpointe Hill Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 20. The listed charge is driving while license suspended or revoked.

Kristin Marsingill, 20 Morgan Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 20. The listed charge is battery.

Joshua Anthony Rodriguez, 395 Pine L Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 19. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Alexandra Marie Martin, 2747 Crestworth Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 19. The listed charges are theft by receiving, theft by taking and failure to appear.

George Freeman Whitt, 2989 West Rock Quarry Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 19. He is being held for court.

Vincent Wade Fisher, 2040 Skylar Leigh Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 19. The listed charges are possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, hit and run, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, improper/erratic lane change and obstruction.

Bryan Lamar Mewborn, 5227 Duncan Creek Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 19. The listed charge is violation of probation.
