Buford Docket Book: Obstruction, False Imprisonment, Impeding the Flow of Traffic and Other Charges

Cecilia Paredes Fuentes, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charge is financial identity fraud. She is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Chris Rashard Stringer, 745 Bona Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charge is other offense.

Johnathan Philip Logan, 2538 Amber Valley Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charge is theft by taking.

Tommy Dale Esco, 149 South Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charge is probation violation.

Terrance Overn McElliott II, 5976 Lake Lanier Heights Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charge is probation violation.

Kelly Ayn McGalliard, 3450 North Waterworks Road, Lot 17, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. She is being held for another agency.

Hyon Jong Rhee, 3361 Thompson Mill Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charges are improper lane change, reckless driving and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Aaron Tyler Norman, 4 Spring Street, Apt. D, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charge is theft by taking.

Steven Douglas Gosa, 2234 Duncans Shore Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charges are DUI and improper lane change.

Warren Keith Banks, 155 Rowe Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 14. The listed charge is failure to appear.

Charles Simpson, 1941 Binnies Way, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 14. The listed charges are VGCSA, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and operating a vehicle with suspended, cancelled or revoked registration.

Keisha A. Ramdas, 6121 Sparkling Cove Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 13. The listed charges are expired or no registration, operating a vehicle while texting, improper or erratic lane change, impeding the flow of traffic and DUI.

Adan Adam Satibanez-Vargas, 429 S. Hill Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 11. The listed charges are driving without a license and brake lights required.

Teresa Lavin Penland, 710 Forest Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 11. The listed charges are battery, interference with a call for emergency assistance and cruelty to children. She is also being held for another agency.

Holden Michael Brenner, 1810 Hartford Run, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 11. The listed charge is probation violation.

Guadalupe Melendez, 3125 Windgate Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Crescensio Arturo Espinosa, 601 Wilbanks Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charge is sexual exploitation of a child.

Ronnie Lee Smith, 2320 Whitebluff Way, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charge is failure to appear.

Lucas Tyler Orr, 3356 Windgate Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Dustin Ray York, 2885 Waverly Cove, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charges are VGCSA and obstruction.

Randall William Finley, 208 Kent Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charge is theft by taking.

Shane Anthony Derreberry, 4113 Sturgeon Circle, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charges are third-degree cruelty to children, battery and false imprisonment. He is also being held for another agency.

Tyler Joshua Vreeland, 2675 Matlin Way, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charge is possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Deborah Deal Frady, 5518 Sycamore Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charge is failure to appear. She is also being held for another agency.

Matthew Scott King, 5754 Hickory Wood Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charge is probation violation.

Jorge Vasquez Barragan, 1410 Horizon Parkway, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charges are driving without a license and brake lights required.

Erick Richard Newman, 2962 Climbing Rose Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 7. The listed charge is probation violation.

Timothy Esai Gordan, 1832 Appaloosa Mill Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 7. The listed charges are two counts of failure to appear.

Jose Elias Rebollar-Ruiz, 2014 Hartford Run, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 6. The listed charge  is driving without a license.

Sheneika Reneta Bennett, 110 School Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 6. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Santos Ramos-Serrano, 1857 Sturgeon Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 5. The listed charges are driving without a license and following too closely.

Sohee Paeng, 4214 Chatham Ridge Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 5. The listed charge is failure to appear.

Naim Jihad Akbar, 6198 Park Leaf Walk, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 5. The listed charges are driving without a license and two child safety seat violations.

Francisco Alberto Arias, 2910 Buford Drive, Apt. 902, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 5. The listed charges are theft by receiving, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and second-degree burglary.
