Buford Docket Book: Obstruction, Deposit Account Fraud and Marijuana Possession

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between April 2 and April 5. Those arrested and their charges include (see photos above):

Brittany Charnelle Dixon, 2963 Springbluff Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 5. The listed charges are possession of less than ounce of marijuana, driving while licenses suspended or revoked and expired tag.

Francisco Villa-Nunez, 520 Church Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 4. The listed charges are driving without a license and following too closely. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Jack Michael Cardinalli, 2501 Amber Valley Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 4. The listed charge is probation violation.

Amy Lynn Shoemaker, 648 South Church Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 4. The listed charge is probation violation.

Zenobia Ilean Faulk, 2608 Stony Springs Trail, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 4. The listed charge is no driver's license.

Latunya Charelle Harris, 4443 Well Springs Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 4. The listed charges are deposit account fraud and obstruction.

Darnel Hamilton, 2138 Flowery Branch Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 3. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Carlos Cervantes Gasca, 4205 Gables Place, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 3. The listed charges are speeding, fleeing and attempting to elude, failure to obey a stop sign and driving while unlicensed.

Michael Paul La-Bron Glover, 1846 Sturgeon Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 2. The listed charge is cruelty to animals.
