Buford Docket Book: Loitering, Fleeing and Attempting to Elude, DUI and Other Charges

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Feb. 16 and Feb. 19. Those arrested and their charges include:

Donaldo Garrido-Carpio, 2251 Rockwell Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 18. The listed charges are driving an unsafe vehicle, improper/erratic lane change, fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless driving and speeding.

John David Orange, 5025 Stephan Way, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 18. The listed charges are fleeing or attempting to elude, unsafe u-turn, reckless driving and aggravated assault.

Edward Joseph Thelen, Lot 25 3450 N. Waterworks Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 18. The listed charge is loitering.

Tiara Lashaun Bell, 3726 Antares Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 18. The listed charges are driving while license suspended or revoked, no proof insurance, knowingly driving with suspended or revoked registration and failure to appear.

Jose Antonio Arroyo, 2907 Pebblebrook Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 18. The listed charge is possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Robert Thomas Johnson, 1022 Level Creek Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charge is violation of probation.

Norman Douglas Harris, 4770 Gold Creek Trail, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charges are removing a plate with intent to conceal identity, operating a vehicle with suspended, canceled or revoked registration, failure to maintain insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Austin Christopher Reynolds, 2487 Windchase Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charge is possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Dylan Ross Miller, 3347 Hinsdale Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charge is giving false name or information. He is also being detained for another agency.

Sergei S. Romanov, 2212 Hartford Run, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charges are DUI and hit and run.

Alan Kieran Millea, 1980 Elm Tree Terrace, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charges are DUI, violation of probation and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Robert Sven Nelson, 2267 Rocksram Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charges are improper/erratic lane change, failure to obey signs, DUI and open container violation.

Zachariah Joel Henry, 3241 Cross Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 16. The listed charge is impersonating a police officer.

Judy Lynn Francisco, 2910 Buford Drive, Apt. 1419, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 16. The listed charges are two counts of violating Georgia's controlled substances act.

Kelsey Denise Lambert, 3377 Cross Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on Feb. 16. The listed charge is "hold for other agency."
