Buford Docket Book: Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault and Other Charges

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between March 29 and April 2. Those arrested and their charges include (see photos above):

William Issac Poole, 2617 Sagefield Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 1. The listed charges are kidnapping, aggravated assault, armed robbery, theft by receiving, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a vehicle or part with identification number removed.

Tiffanie Nicole Thomas, 4960 Little Mill Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 1. The listed charge is failure to register as a sex offender.

Lisa Monica Bennett, 2995 Spring Lake Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on April 1. The listed charge is DUI.

Eric Jae-Hoon Jeung, 2040 Harvest Ridge Circle, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 31. The listed charges are interference with a call for emergency assistance, battery, aggravated assault and false imprisonment.

Benjamin Nelson Pope, 4115 South Lee Street, Apt. 323, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 31. The listed charge is probation violation.

Sue Carol Fowler, 2273 Ivy Crest Drive , Buford, was booked into the jail on March 31. She is being detained for another agency.

Thalia Arroyo, 4678 Vintage Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 31. The listed charge is DUI - under 21.

Juan Carlos Barcenas-Perez, 3179 Bradford Pear Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 30. The listed charges are unsafe tires and driving without a license.

Brenton Lee Persall, 2550 Sable Ridge Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 30. The listed charge is drugs not in original container.

Kristopher Damond Milon, 2505 Iowa Falls Way, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 30. The listed charges are improper lane change and reckless driving.

Danielle Elise Head, 3220 Hampton Trace Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 30. The listed charges are credit card theft and eight counts of credit card fraud.

Chadly James Allen, 3355 Shoreland Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 29. The listed charge is deposit account fraud.

Felix Garcia Ortiz, 2869 Knotty Pine Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 29. The listed charges are operating a vehicle with a suspended or cancelled registration and driving without a license. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.
