Buford Docket Book for Oct. 6

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Oct. 2 and Oct. 6. Those arrested and their charges include:

Kamron William Russell, 3986 Woodruff Parkway, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 5 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Kyle Michael Simmons, 3065 Gen Creek Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 5 on a charge of first-degree burglary.

Sheldon Lee Arrington, 1867 Appaloosa Lane, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 4 on two counts of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Chad Wayne Reed, 2560 East Maddox Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 4 on charges of simple battery, violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act and DUI.

Matthew Garrett Matherne, 4129 Tuggle Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 4 on charges of probation violation and failure to appear.

Bruce Allen Hawthorne, 3 Water View Drive, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 4 on charges of open container and DUI.

Paul Allan Charles, 3860 Bogan Mill Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 4 on charges of speeding and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Chestine Boettger, 3078 Lee Circle, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 3 on a charge of driving while license suspended.

Matthew Brandon Frady, 2137 Millgate Lane, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 2 on a charge of failure to appear.

Billie Jean Lower, 145 Church Street, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 2 on a probation violation charge.

Debora Diane McBride, 4795 Brandon Acres Lane, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 2 on a charge of DUI.

Jon Michael Thomas, 902 Holly Meadow Drive, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 2 on a probation violation charge.

Tanya Katherine Baker, 4280 South Lee Street, Apt. A5, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 2 on charges of theft by shoplifting and improper use of a handicap tag. She was also taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.

Jason Wade Griggs, 150 Wilbanks Street, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 2 on a probation violation charge.

Aaron Leeman Austin, 3264 Mill Springs Circle, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 2 on a probation violation charge and two equipment violation charges.
