Buford Docket Book for Oct. 16

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Oct. 9 and Oct. 13. Those arrested and their charges include:

Eva Frevele, 9 Twin Branch Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 16 on charges of DUI and improper lane change.

Alyssa Jessica Stephens, 2595 Wyndham Park Drive, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 15 on a probation violation charge.

Abbey Page Jenkins, 12 Dogwood Lane, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 15 on a charge of reckless conduct.

Phillip Zachary Miller, 3165 Gold Mist Drive, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 15 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Steven Donnell Townsend, 3456 Big Leaf Court, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 14 on a charge of simple battery.

Francisco Sanchez-Ruiz, 4 Twin Branch, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 13 on charges of failure to appear and probation violation. He was also detained on an immigration hold.

Alissa Marie McKenzie, 6285 Lake Windsor Parkway, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 13 on charges of DUI, improper lane change and operating a motor vehicle without proper tags.

Alvaro Dejesus Ampuero, 2079 Manor Oak Lane, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 12 on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Tahara Miasha Harris, 230 Bona Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 12 on a charge of robbery.

Eddie Jarrard Parham, 230 Bona Road, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 12 on a charge of robbery.

Malik Green, 4260 South Lee Street, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 12 on possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Aaron Joseph Jackson, 4260 South Lee Street, Buford, was arrested on Oct. 12 on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.
