Buford Docket Book for Aug. 28
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Aug. 24 and Aug. 28. Those arrested and their charges include:
Ahban Josiah Hanken, 1452 Little Mill Road, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 28 on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI.
Daniel Rios-Godinez, 4280 South Lee Street, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 28 on an equipment violation charge and a charge of driving without a license.

Cruz Juarez Gutierrez III, 1861 Jimmy Dodd Road, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 27 on charges of improper lane usage, driving without a license and speeding.
Zachary Michael Hutchinson, 3171 Heritage Crossing Drive, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 27 on a probation violation charge.

Chad Everett Ramsey, 449 South Street, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 27 on charges of texting while driving, hit and run, improper lane change and failure to report striking a fixed object.
Richard Farless Fisher, 5552 Skylar Creek Lane, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 27 on a probation violation charge.
Michael Jamie Hammett, 5106 Sycamore Trail, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 27 on a probation violation charge. He is also being held for another agency.
Kendall Victor Harris, 2230 Burr Court, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 26 on charges of giving false name and information to a law enforcement officer, driving without a license and an equipment violation. He is also being held for another agency.
Cesar Mondragon-Macedo, 170 Wilbanks Street, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 26 on charges of driving without a license and an equipment violation. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.
Jessica Marie Chandler, 2480 Tall Oak Drive, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 26 on a charge of DUI.
Tyler Joseph Blackmon, 5860 Lake Windsor Parkway, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 26 on a charge of open container.
Brandy Darlene Teer, 3 Valley Court, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 25 on a charge of battery.
Jose Antonio Rojas-Pena, 2910 Buford Drive, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 25 on charges of giving false name and information and underage possession.
Rachel Lee Scoggins, 2850 South Waterworks Road, Buford, was taken into custody on Aug. 25 and is being held for another agency.
James David Conely, 4419 Sandy Hill Road, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of theft of services.
Christian Jordan Olds, 2605 Fresian Court, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Obrien Anthony Johnson, 3596 Rosecliffe Trace, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
Diana Kay Howard Quiroz-Morales, 820 Jackson Street, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 24 on charges of theft by taking, theft by deception and exploitation of a disabled adult.
Joshua Ray Shoemaker, 2811 Pine Log Way, Buford, was arrested on Aug. 24 on charges of theft by taking, theft by shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
