Buford Docket Book: Drug Possession, Shoplifting and Maintaining a Disorderly House

The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between March 22 and March 26. Those arrested and their charges include (see photos above):

Michael Carest Bowen, 10 Thunder Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 26. The listed charges are two counts of probation violation and one count of giving false name or information to a law enforcement officer.

Cory Garrett Outler, 4271 Autumn Lake Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 25. The listed charges possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and VGCSA-Schedule III.

Shad Tahle Hill, 1069 Park Mist Trail, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 25. The listed charge is contempt of court.

Justin Michael Wensyel, 1106 Cameron Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 25. The listed charges are a violation of Georgia's Controlled Substances Act, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of a drug related object.

Christopher Ryan Theus, 3388 Aberrone Place, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 25. The listed charges are a violation of Georgia's Controlled Substances Act, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of a drug related object.

John Michael Kiertekles, 405 Brett Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 25. The listed charges are a violation of Georgia's Controlled Substances Act, possession and use of a drug related object, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a weapon during a crime.

Jason Scott Green, 5731 Port Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 25. The listed charges are VGCSA-Schedule II and improper parking.

Joseph Rainey, 2471 South Haven Lane, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 24. The listed charge is driving while license withdrawn.

Cleon Ramon Scantling, 1400 Mall of Georgia Boulevard, Apt. 932, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 24. The listed charges are driving without headlights and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Richard Shane Smith, 1005 Crescent Ridge Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 24. The listed charge is probation violation.

Evan Douglas Bittner, 2106 Abbott Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 24. The listed charges are DUI, failure to obey traffic control device and open container.

Evan Whitfield McGehee, 2575 Ginger Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 24. The listed charge is hit and run.

Jasmine Nichelle Norris, 2662 Ambria Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 23. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Edgar Franco Amador, 4151 Hamilton Mill Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 22. The listed charge is driving without a license.

Sean Michael Griffin, 2759 Sardis Ridge Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 22. The listed charges are cruelty to children, drugs not in original container, VGCSA and maintaining a disorderly house.

Kelly Morgan Griffin, 2759 Sardis Ridge Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 22. The listed charges are maintaining a disorderly house, second-degree cruelty to children, abandonment of dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container and VGCSA-Schedule IV.

Kevin Patrick Garnett, 515 Copper Street, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 22. The listed charges are two counts of probation violation.
