Buford Docket Book: Aggravated Assault, Fleeing and Attempting to Elude and Other Charges
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Buford residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between March 1 and March 5. Those arrested and their charges include (see photos above):
Naim Jihad Akbar, 6198 Park Leaf Walk, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 5. The listed charges are driving without a license and two child safety restraint violations.
Peter Thomas Scrocca, 3920 Maplewood Trail, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 4. The listed charge is a probation violation.

Irene Garcia-Zetina, 4792 Arden Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 4. The listed charges are failure to obey stop sign and driving without a license.
Brianna Symone Kerney, 2910 Buford Drive #1119, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 4. The listed charge is aggravated assault.

Fernard Dwight Torain, 230 Bona Road, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 3. The listed charges are driving without a license, failure to obey stop sign, an equipment violation and fleeing or attempting to elude.
Matthew Clinton Whitesel, 3565 Ontario Court, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 2. The listed charge is probation violation.
Anton Martez Cullom, 1869 Appaloosa Lane, Apt. 1123, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 2. The listed charges are improper lane usage, driving without headlights, no driver's license and DUI.
Edmundo Dywanne Ramirez, 4616 Arden Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 2. The listed charges are failure to appear, failure to dim headlights and driving while license suspended or revoked.
Maria Teresa Ruiz-Oliva, 960 Sugar Meadow Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 1. The listed charges are speeding and driving without a license. She is also being detained on an immigration hold.
Michael Gregory Sanders, 1970 Rocksram Drive, Buford, was booked into the jail on March 1. The listed charge is aggravated battery.
