Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 11 for Phyllis Ann Marsingill Hansard. Hansard, 65, of Buford, passed away on Feb. 7.

Hansard, a 1965 graduate of Buford High School, was a secretary for the Buford Church of God for the past 26 years.

Paul Edison Payne, Jr., 61, of Sugar Hill, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 9. Funeral services are planned for Wednesday, Feb. 13 in the chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home.

Norman L. Morgan

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13 for Norman L. Morgan. Morgan, 86, of Sugar Hill, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 9 with his family at his bedside.

Morgan, a World War II veteran and a 1950 graduate of Georgia Tech, was a retired vice president of the Business Equipment Center of Atlanta.

Mary Patterson Ballew

Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 10 for Mary Patterson Ballew, 72, of Buford. Ballew is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Ballew.

Ballew retired from Barrington Corporation and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Buford.

Bessie Turk Williams

Bessie Turk Williams, 86, of Buford, passed away on Friday, Feb. 8. Williams, a homemaker, traveled the world and made multiple trips to the Holy Land and missionary trips to Haiti.

A funeral service celebrating Williams' life was held Feb. 10.
