House Hunt: Short Sales

It remains a seller's market out there with fewer and fewer homes on the market. Short sales are known for taking considerably longer than traditional sales or even foreclosures, but maybe now is a good time to consider one since options are somewhat limited. Potential buyers may find it more and more time consuming to get that perfect home for their family.
