House Hunt: Short Sales

It remains a seller's market out there with fewer and fewer homes on the market. Short sales are known for taking considerably longer than traditional sales or even foreclosures, but maybe now is a good time to consider one since options are somewhat limited. Potential buyers may find it more and more time consuming to get that perfect home for their family. On the other hand, potential sellers may find themselves in a surprisingly favorable situation with multiple buyers showing interest in their property. There are currently around 200 homes on the market in Buford and only about 25 of them are short sales.
