House Hunt: Homes Under $200,000

A look at five homes on the market in Buford that are priced under $200,000.

Even in today's market, you can get quite a bargain for your housing dollar if you know where to look. Price is the main factor for almost all potential buyers and something potential sellers consider carefully when putting their home on the market. There are currently about 200 homes on the market in Buford and 93 of those listings are priced under $200,000. This week, House Hunt gives you more details on five of those properties.
