Last week, House Hunt took a look at homes priced between $150,000 and $250,000. This column will focus on homes that are on the market for below $150,000. These typically smaller, often ranch style, homes are perfect for a newlywed couple, empty-nesters or as an investment opportunity. Usually a three bedroom, two full bath style home, this lower price point can still feature amenities and upgrades perfect for any family. There are currently around 240 homes on the market in Buford and about 60 listings fall in this category. Below is more information on five of those homes, all of which are ranches.
