House Hunt: Homes in the $300,000s

Price and location drive the search for most potential homes buyers. One of the most common searches we do for clients is for a home in the $300,000 range. There are currently about about 260 homes for sale in Buford.  Of those, around 30 properties are priced in this popular price range and below are five examples.
