Johns Manville is hiring a plant manager for its Winder location. This employee is responsible for providing the overall management and leadership for a self-contained, unionized manufacturing entity with more than 300 employees.
The ideal candidate will have previous plant management experience. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, as well as seven or more years of positions with increasing levels of responsibility in a manufacturing environment and five or more years of managing salaried employees in a plant manager role.
