House Hunt: Five Affordably Priced Buford Homes

Five homes priced $175,000 and below.

There are fewer and fewer homes on the market these days. That becomes more of an issue when you search in the high end of the inventory, but the opposite is true at the lower price points. There are currently around 280 homes on the market in Buford and about 100 properties, about 35 percent, are priced at $175,000 and below. This week's House Hunt takes a closer look at five of those homes. Click the address link for more details on that particular property.

1.  2737 Victoria Woods Court - $175,000

This wonderful home in the Victoria Woods subdivision has three bedrooms and two baths.  It is a fabulous ranch with a front porch and a full, unfinished basement. This spacious split bedroom plan has a formal dining room and a large country kitchen that opens to the eat-in breakfast area and family room with vaulted ceilings.  The home has a side entry garage and the yard is fenced in on three sides.  This is not a short sale or foreclosure and is a great way opportunity in the Mill Creek school district.

2.  5711 Crest Hill - $172,500

This new home under construction has four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in the Creekmont neighborhood and the Lanier school district. Now is the time to make this home yours by stopping by and choosing the colors. This gorgeous two story home can be ready in 60 days and is not a short sale or foreclosure.  The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, a tile backsplash and a breakfast bar overlooking the family room. A fireplace with decorative bookshelves complete the picture!

3.  1920 Morgans Run Trail - $146,500

Located in Morgans Run, this wonderful open floor plan has four bedrooms and two baths. The breakfast area and separate dining room all have access to the amazing kitchen.  A newer style master bedroom has open space and trey ceilings.  This is a potential short sale in the Mill Creek cluster that won’t last long!
