Regal Entertainment Group Acquires Local Theater
Dacula theater joins Regal Mall of Georgia as part of the Regal Entertainment Group.
The Hamilton Mill Great Escape Theatre in Dacula is now Regal Hamilton Mill Stadium 14.
Regal Entertainment Group completed the acquisition of Great Escape Theatres in late November. The acquisition included 25 theaters with a total of 301 screens.
"We are extremely pleased with the addition of over 300 high quality screens to our industry-leading portfolio and expect the transaction to be immediately accretive to both earnings and cash flow,” said Regal Entertainment Group CEO Amy Miles in a released statement.

Regal Entertainment Group also operates the Regal Mall of Georgia Stadium 20 and IMAX in Buford.
