  • Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Raw animal foods stored over washed and cut vegetables in walk-in cooler and prep coolers. Raw chicken stored above raw shrimp in walk-in freezer. Foods reorganized. Raw foods and ready-to-eat foods shall be properly stored in coolers and freezers.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.07(4)(b) ] Employee purse stored on top of containers of soy sauce. Purse removed. Employee belongings/activities shall be located in a designated area to prevent contamination of food and food equipment.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Hot-held potentially hazardous foods not maintained above 135oF; no time controls/documentation in place. See temperatures marked '**'. Food discarded. Hot-held potentially hazardous foods must maintain a temperature of 135F or higher.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Observations and corrective actions:

  • Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Electric slicer that was used the previous day per person in charge observed with food debris on it. Can opener blade observed with food debris stuck to it. All food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. Both were cleaned during inspection. **Please be advised this is a repeat violation. If it is marked on the next routine inspection, permit may be suspended.**  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.07(6)(g) ] Quat sanitizer observed at concentration greater than 500ppm in 2 sanitizer buckets. Package indicates a concentration of 200ppm. Sanitizers must be maintained at appropriate levels. Sanitizers were diluted to be in compliance. **Please be advised this is a repeat violation. If it is marked as a violation on next routine inspection, permit may be suspended.**  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.07(6)(b) ] 2 spray bottles observed with no name. All working containers of chemicals must be labeled with common name. Both were labeled as windex and sanitizer.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Season salt, ranch, chipotle sauce, BBQ sauce, hot sauce and bleu cheese taken from their original containers not labeled with common name. Foods taken from their original containers must be labeled with common name. All containers were labeled during inspection. All bottles were labeled during inspection. **Please note this is a repeat violation.**  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.05(6)(r) ] Tzasiki sauce containers being reused for storage of almonds, onions, green peppers and other foods. Single use items may not be reused for food storage. Please obtain reusable food safe containers. **Please be advised this is a repeat violation**  Repeat Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.07(5)(a),(b) ] Ceiling tiles missing over walk in cooler. Advised on inspection on 11/19/12 to replace ceiling tiles. Ceilings must be maintained in good repair and may not be open in food prep areas. Please replace tiles.  New Violation.

  • Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Raw shrimp stored below raw beef in the cookline freezer. Unwashed produce stored above washed/ready-to-eat produce in the walkin cooler. Cooked pot roast stored below raw beef in the walkin freezer. Raw animals foods organized by minimum cooking temperatures & moved below ready-to-eat/cooked foods. Unwashed produce moved below washed/ready-to-eat produce. Food shall be protected from cross contamination by: 1) storing raw animal foods below/away from produce/cooked/ready-to-eat foods; 2) storing/separating raw animal foods by the minimum cooking temperature; 3) storing unwashed produce below/away from washed produce, ready-to-eat/cooked foods.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
