• 2595 Heltonwood Court - Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 2709 Kelly Cove Drive – Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 2853 Morgan Farm Court – Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 2863 Morgan Farm Court – Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 4383 Well Springs Court – Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 2276 Spring Stone Court - Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
• 3466 Lost Meadows Court - Permit issued for water heater replacement.
• 4381 Sandy Hill Road - Permit issued for water heater replacement.
• 5824 Tattersall Terrace - Permit issued for water heater replacement.
• 2759 Kelly Cove Drive - Permit issued for land disturbance only.
• 2749 Kelly Cove Drive - Permit issued for land disturbance only.
• 2745 Matlin Way - Permit issued for the replacement of a heating and cooling unit.
• 2020 Clean Water Drive – Permit issued for maintenance building.
• 2550 Morgan Road – Permit issued for antenna upgrade.
• 6291 Old Shadburn Ferry Road – Permit issued for electrical work – temporary pole at existing boat dock.
• 6408 Old Shadburn Ferry Road – Permit issued to repair termite damage.
