  • Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Plastic food containers stored on shelf contain food residue/debris. Knives and butter spreads in knife holder contain food residue. Equipment cleaned. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Hot-held potentially hazardous foods not maintained above 135oF; no time controls/documentation in place. See temperatures marked '*'. Foods reheated. Hot-held potentially hazardous foods shall maintain a temperature of 135F or higher.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(h) ] Correctly date-marked refrigerated, ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous foods not discarded within 7 days from the date of preparation. Pasta dated 2/10, cheese dated 2/10, pasta dated 2/6, in-house horse radish sauce dated 2/6 all discarded. Correctly datemarked potentially hazardous foods must be used or discarded within 7 days.   • Violation of Code: [.05(7)(d) ] Stickers on outside of food containers not being cleaned thoroughly. Sticker residue left on containers after being cleaned. Non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned thoroughly.  New Violation.

  • Violation of Code: [.10(2)(g) ] Inspection report not posted in public view within 15 feet of the primary entrance, 5-7 feet above the floor, and/or not readable from one foot (posted behind counter on right side of exit door). Inspection report must be posted in public view 5-7 feet above floor, 15 feet from main entrance and readable within 1 foot.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.05(6)(d),(e) ] Warewash machine contains food debris and scale buildup around top edges. Warewash machine shall be cleaned at frequency to avoid food debris/residue buildup.  Repeat Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.06(5)(n) ] Outdoor dumpster not covered during time of inspection. Covers and/or doors must remain closed at all times when not in use.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.06(5)(o),(p) ] Outdoor garbage enclosure area not kept clean. Garbage on ground rather than in dumpster. Area cleaned. Garbage area shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean.  New Violation.
