From the California Ocean, Across the Country, Through the Trees to Georgia We Go!

The need to explore my new community of Buford, along with a strong sense of aesthetics and a great camera phone, reveal the natural beauty and colorful progression of my first autumn in Georgia.

Having recently relocated to Buford, Georgia from Newport Beach, California, my current interests lie in discovering all aspects of my new community, including the history and culture in which Buford and the surrounding townships were founded upon and the natural beauty this area displays.

I consider myself a newly appointed 'Peach' (nom de plume) and with this, all things southern, especially of the Georgian variety, intrigues and escapes me. I would like to ask you, my new community, to offer any insights, suggestions and information that would enrich my experience here in Georgia.

My main objective is to build a like~minded community through open dialogue and become a part of this wonderful city. Please feel free to follow my Blog, as I like to share and exchange local insights & deals, personal hobbies & interests and everything 'Peach'.

First up: Exchanging the beach and sounds of the ocean, for the natural beauty and abundance of Georgia's autumn.

Please enjoy these photos. I would appreciate your feedback. BTW ~ No PhotoShop Required! ~ 'Special Thanks' to the Buford/Dacula Patch, for giving me my first connection to the community and this Forum to share my Voice.

Angelica, as you may know I'm a native Southern Californian myself. I've been in Buford for 7 years, and now can't imagine ever living anywhere again but the South. Drop by the museum sometime on a Friday if you can, and let's exchange experiences. If you can't, then email me at fridaysatmuseum@gmail.com. Looking forward to your blog!

there are now multiple treatments available to solve the 'allergy' problem; one will work - it'sRead More just a matter of finding the right one. it is not necessary to 'dump' a member of the family anymore. after decades of not being able to enjoy a family pet, about ten years ago my mother found the right treatment after trying about six different ones. she and my cats have been the best of friends ever since. it's just a matter of trying a little bit more.

Yes, we have tried multiple treatments for over a year now. Unfortunately, the allergy symptomsRead More along with inflated adenoids are so harsh that they end up causing sinus and ear infections with a extremely high fever. (104.7 has been the highest) My 6 year old is constantly at the doctor, at least once a month if not more. He is now awaiting surgery for his sinuses and inflamed tissue to help in the situation.

Omega 3 and Prostate Health Omega-3 fatty acids belong to a broader category of fats calledRead More polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) because they have multiple double chemical bonds.
