Thanks for your comment. I find that across our market inventory levels are dropping like flies and housing prices are actually making some yearly increases now. We are at a tiny 2.9 months of housing inventory right now! That is a clear movement from a Buyer's Market to a Seller's Market. Average sales prices on Buford, Ga homes were at $162,800 a year ago. Last month we were at $209,200!

In Buford, sold listings are up 20% year over year and pending or under contract listings are up 30% over a year ago! Cost per square foot on sold listings a year ago was about $62/square foot. Last month it was at $83/square foot!
